A nice and solid factory HVAC climate control head for 1998 - 2005 Chevrolet Blazer and GMC Jimmy with the rear window defrost option - RPO C60, C49, ZM8. This has the defrost button on the lower right hand corner. Compatible OEM part numbers are 16250535 & 15098966.

This will also work in 1998 - 2004 Chevrolet S10 & GMC Sonoma with the heated mirrors, but the button will not have the original mirror icon. The button can be switched over and I have buttons for sale separately.

Face plate has very little if any wear. Mounting clips and screw mounts are solid. Electrical and vacuum connectors are intact.

Pulled from the cloudy and mild PNW, so very little fading or sun damage.
