NOS Headlight Headlamp Switch with Rear Fog Lamps for 1998 - 2005 Chevy S10 Blazer GMC Sonoma Jimmy

New Old Stock OEM headlight/dimmer/dome override switch from a 1998 - 2005 Chevrolet S10 or Blazer with the Rear Fog Lamp option. Some of the export trucks had rear fog lights and used this switch panel to activate them. Will still work with the automatic headlamps, but provides the factory switch for rear fogs. Or use the switch panel to retrofit the button into your existing panel for auxiliary lights or more.

These are NOS switches in new condition as they arrived from the dealer.
