OEM HID Headlamp Ballast for 2002-2006 Cadillac Escalade 19121438

OEM Headlight Ballast for 2002 - 2006 Cadillac Escalade, Escalade EXT and Escalade ESV.  Label shows part number 10010789 and purchased from GM as part 19121438. Replacement sold as Dorman 601-187.

In good used condition. Ballast was tested before removing from the vehicle. Connectors show very little signs of wear and clip in securely. No bulb included.
